When your child is in the hospital, it can be hard to go home. Ronald McDonald Family Rooms provide a place of comfort for families with children at CHEO.
Our two Ronald McDonald House Family Rooms extend the services we provide at our House to families who have a child receiving treatment at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario. The Family Room on 5W is the perfect spot to catch up with visiting friends and relatives. We encourage you to stop by — our volunteers will extend their warm hospitality and do their best to make your stay at the hospital as comfortable as possible.

The Family Rooms are located in CHEO. 5 West, is available to all families with a child being treated at CHEO 3rd floor/ICU is reserved for families with a child in the PICU/NICU.

Volunteers are on hand to assist you Monday-Sunday from 9am-9pm. The room is accessible 24/7.
