Our two Ronald McDonald Family Rooms extend the services we provide at our House to families who have a child receiving treatment at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario. The Family Room on 5W is the perfect spot to catch up with visiting friends and relatives. We encourage you to stop by — our volunteers will extend their warm hospitality and do their best to make your stay at the hospital as comfortable as possible.
Located on 5 West, this room is available to any family of children and youth who are inpatients or here for a clinic visit. Families can use the room to rest, grab a coffee, do laundry, or simply find a change of scenery. There is also a shower available for those spending a few days at the hospital.”

Volunteers are on hand to assist you from 9 am to 9 pm, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
